What are your thoughts on global warming?

I believe that we are in a global warming. Regardless of what the cause is, it is our responsibility to do all we can to protect our environment.

Thank you Jim! That is very interesting. I tend to agree with you that I alone (as a human) can not change anything about this natural progress. I also will do everything in my power to conserve the beautiful earth we have.....

The BBC produced a film entitled the great swindle of global warming. Despite attempts to suppress it, it is coming out as a DVD. It was shown in the cinema here this year. If you do an internet search you will prove to yourselves what a controversial issue it is and how flimsy is the science behind global warming theory. Above all, what a gargantuan business it is. I am always pleased to examine the bases of my beliefs, for eks. does carbon dioxide drive temperature? It does not. That said, of course, we will look at "the world" and observe a species, namely man living out of harmony with the rest of so-called nature. From the viewpoint of Greenpeace mentality, it looks hopeless. However there is another world but we cannot get to there from here in duality. Duality is seeing with the ego, with the eye of judgement. The human being is a part of creator god. We are the heart of god having the experience of separation. All the "environmental" issues are due to this illusion of separation. Once a person heals the separation in him/herself, he/she becomes a channel for others. For myself, I will put something under my page.
