About Me:

I live a simple life in a small village. This year I have a piece of garden and a piece of woodland garden for experiment. Anastasia is close to the way I think and live. The foods we grow ourselves will prove the best. Berries from the woods are concentrated. Milk straight from the cows we know is a complete food. For soap I use two things: nuts from Nepal for clothes and orange concentrate for everything else. This and toothpaste is virtually all. I am glad I made these gradual decisions as most of these products used in kitchens and bathrooms contain poisons. I am here for you. Yes, I am a scientist by training which is handy in terms of clear thinking. I like inventing things such as free energy devices.
